Hilton Downtown Portland, Here We Come!
We’ve got some very exciting news! Silk & Shadows has officially been added to the preferred vendor list at Hilton Portland Downtown and we are so happy about it.
First of all, their team is just wonderful. Easy to work with, organized, kind, and actually cares about making the day go smoothly for couples. You can feel it right away, and it makes such a difference when everyone is on the same page.
We’ve had the chance to work with them already, and it just clicked. So being invited onto their preferred vendor list feels like a real honor.
And the space itself… it’s such a solid choice for a Portland wedding!
The ballroom is classic in the best way. High ceilings, a clean and versatile layout, and enough scale to feel grand without feeling overwhelming. It’s one of those spaces that can go in so many directions depending on the couple. You can keep it elegant and timeless, or layer in more dramatic, moody design elements and completely transform the atmosphere.
It also just works logistically, which matters more than people realize. Plenty of space for guest flow, a proper dance floor, room for production, and a team that knows how to run events smoothly. All the behind the scenes things that make the night feel effortless.
We’re really excited about this one. It feels like the kind of partnership where a lot of beautiful, very fun weddings are going to happen.
