It brings together important dates, tasks, planning milestones, progress updates, and other details relevant to your wedding. You'll have access throughout our work together, so you can check what's happening and what's coming next without searching through endless emails.

We also have relationships with talented wedding professionals throughout Oregon and Washington and can recommend options based on your style, priorities, and budget. Our recommendations are just that: recommendations. You always have the final say.

Yes. We'll help establish a realistic budget, allocate funds across different categories, track expenses, and monitor upcoming payment deadlines. We'll also help you understand how individual decisions affect the overall budget. You'll remain responsible for approving expenses and making payments directly to your vendors.

Yes! Wedding-day coordination is included in our full-service planning package. After months of planning and preparation, we're there to bring everything together. We manage the timeline, direct vendors, oversee setup, coordinate the ceremony and reception, and supervise the final breakdown. You'll have the same team guiding you from our first planning meeting through the end of your wedding day.

Yes! We're based in the Portland area and work with couples throughout Oregon and Washington, including coastal weddings and celebrations outside the metro area. Travel expenses may apply depending on your wedding location and the number of on-site visits required.

We stay connected through email, scheduled meetings, and your Love Storyboard. You'll be able to follow planning progress online, while we'll reach out when decisions, approvals, or additional information are needed. We'll establish a communication schedule that fits your wedding timeline and the stage of planning we're working on.

Our $4,999 rate applies to weddings with up to 150 guests at venues within one hour of Portland. Larger weddings require additional planning and coordination, while more distant locations involve extra travel. If your wedding falls within our base package, that's the price you'll pay for our services. Otherwise, we'll provide a personalized quote based on your guest count and location, with all additional costs explained upfront.
