Today is the day!
After months of designing, building, testing, repainting, and occasionally questioning our sanity, Bell & Bubbly is finally here.
What started as a tiny idea slowly turned into a full immersive experience we have never seen offered at any Portland wedding or event. Sasha engineered and built the booth from the inside out, and I kept shaping the visuals, textures, and atmosphere. Piece by piece, it turned into something that feels a little theatrical, a little mysterious, and completely joyful.

What Bell & Bubbly Is
Bell & Bubbly is a walk up sparkling wine experience for weddings and events in Portland and Vancouver. Guests step up, ring a small bell, and a glass of bubbly appears through a hidden opening. It feels like magic without ever feeling cheesy. The florals, lighting, and styling give it a moody, cinematic look that fits beautifully into modern weddings, themed parties, and any celebration that wants something truly unique.
And yes ! The serving hands inside the booth have personalities. Each one greets your guests with its own little flair. It is part of the fun and charm of the whole experience.
How It Works
We bring the entire Bell & Bubbly booth and handle setup before your event starts. Once we are inside, your guests ring the bell and champagne appears as if from nowhere. You provide the sparkling wine you want served and we manage everything else quietly behind the scenes. At the end of the night, we break everything down and leave the space exactly as we found it.

We know wedding and event budgets vary, so we now offer payment plans. Just let us know if that would help. We are happy to make the booking process easier.
You Also Need to Know
🥂 Because this is champagne service, everyone receiving a glass must be of legal drinking age. We may check IDs if needed and we do not serve minors under any circumstances.
🥂We are properly licensed and insured to serve alcohol in Oregon and Washington.
🥂 The booth is eight feet tall, so indoor venues will need ceilings that can accommodate it.
🥂 There is a refundable glassware deposit that returns as long as all pieces are accounted for after the event.

We will be sharing behind the scenes posts, build photos, and videos soon because the transformation from “pile of parts in our living room” to “fully functioning magic champagne booth” deserves its own story. Sasha will be sharing the engineering side since he is the one who brought the idea to life with actual tools and patience.
